I haven't written in 6 months. It's not that I haven't thought about it, but I haven't taken any new pictures. Things on the house are progressing, I assure you. I will post pictures of something soon, even if it's pictures of the dogs in their Dollar Tree halloween costumes sitting in front of the house. One exciting thing related to the house was that I got a gallon of $5 Oops paint from Home Depot that we are going to use for our Guatemalan room. Oops paint is the paint that didn't match the color that people wanted so they sell it for $5. It's a nice turqoise shade and I'm pleased with the find.

Another exciting non-house related thing is that we had a nice few days in Nashville where we went to the Grand Ole Opry and the Station Inn where we heard some great live country swing music. If you are ever in Nashville on a Monday night, that's the place to go.
